Domaine Sérafin

Recently selected by Winedigger, the Sérafin estate is explosive because of its remarkable generosity of fruit and its surprising integration of wood.
Modest to a fault, father and son have been sublimating pinot noir with elegance for decades. In 1988, Christian Sérafin wrote his own story and governed alone the 6 hectares of vines in the villages of Chambolle-Musigny, Morey saint Denis and especially Gevrey-Chambertin. Today, it is the third generation that delights our glasses.
Karine (Christian's daughter) and her cousin Frédérique work in symbiosis to offer us rich, mature wines with perfectly mastered maturation.
What makes our Winediggers completely crazy is that the estate keeps wines in the cellar to present them only at their fullness. The treasure chest is full of beautiful vintages, the decision to open this chest is yours and a word of advice, take all you can. Wines are magic!
