Located in Morey-Saint-Denis but owning no vineyards in this commune, the Robert Groffier Père & Fils estate has been in the family for five generations, representing the archetype of a Burgundy that has remained rural and human-sized.
Vine by vine, Nicolas Groffier knows his rows of vines by heart!
Since 2005, he has been running the family estate, which covers 8 hectares.
His mission: to respect the land of his predecessors and to make wines of anthology. Nestled in the heart of Morey St Denis and adjacent to the Clos de Tart, Nicolas has all the conditions to get us hooked on Pinot.
Winedigger takes you closer to the myth through the vineyards of Gevrey-Chambertin and Chambolle-Musigny and how can we not mention his Bonnes-Mares, or his Clos de Bèze and the famous Chambolle 1er cru Les Amoureuses!
