A somewhat serendipitous encounter that turned into a true revelation for our diggers during one of the most beautiful winegrowers' events.
Domaine Cheveau stands out not only for the diversity of its terroirs but also for the sincerity embodied by Aurélie and Nicolas. The passion for vineyards has been ingrained in this family since the 1950s, showcasing a generation-spanning dedication to rigorous work. The early 2000s marked a turning point in their history, ushering in a higher level of quality for the estate.
Today, the property spans 20.5 hectares, straddling two wine regions, Mâconnais and Beaujolais. This diversity of terroirs allows the "Cheveau" family to magnify Chardonnay and Gamay, two irresistible grape varieties for our diggers! As a result, you can indulge in over a dozen cuvées such as Mâcon-Davayé "Les Belouzes," Beaujolais-Villages "En Chatenay," Bourgogne "Les Boutillets," or even the divine Beaujolais Leynes "Le Bouteau."
