Pricing
Prices are denominated in Swiss Francs, inclusive of value-added tax unless otherwise expressly stated.
The prices as published on our website, www.winedigger.ch, at the time of ordering, shall apply, subject to amendments to the product range, vintages, prices, terms and conditions, wine availability, and correction of glaring errors and typographical inaccuracies. Claims for damages in the event of manifest errors or typographical inaccuracies are hereby precluded.
Payment
Our customers are afforded the option of remitting payment via credit card or bank transfer/invoice, which is payable upon receipt. Failure to receive payment within 48 hours shall result in the cancellation of the invoice.
Retention of Title and Right of Termination
Title to the goods shall remain vested in AJS Import Sàrl until full payment is duly received. In the event of delayed payment by invoice, any outstanding orders shall be rendered null and void.
Sale to Minors
The law expressly prohibits the sale of spirits, aperitifs, and alcopops to individuals below 18 years of age, as well as the sale of wine, beer, and cider to those below 16 years of age. By placing an order, the customer hereby affirms being no less than 18 years old.
Order Confirmation
A binding sale shall be deemed to have occurred once the customer has validated their shopping cart and subsequently received confirmation via electronic mail. The customer retains the prerogative to amend or rescind their order up until such time as it is processed by our fulfillment department.
Delivery Terms (Applicable Throughout Switzerland)
Orders comprising 18 bottles or amounting to CHF 300 or more shall be accorded complimentary delivery, failing which, delivery charges shall amount to CHF 15 per consignment.
Delivery
Delivery shall be effectuated to the address provided within Switzerland, in accordance with the aforementioned delivery fees, within a period of 3 business days following receipt of payment. No claims for indemnity may be proffered for delivery delays.
International Delivery
Regrettably, we do not extend international delivery services.
Corked Bottles
Our esteemed clientele benefits from an ancillary service. The conditions for exchange or reimbursement are as follows: bottles must be returned within 15 days following opening, filled to at least 3/4 capacity, and retaining the original cork in situ. A credit note equivalent to the purchase price of the bottle shall be issued following reevaluation by our tasting committee, in the event that the issue is substantiated. This provision shall remain enforceable for a maximum period of one year following the date of purchase.
Right of Withdrawal
Despite the meticulous curation of our selections, it is plausible that a wine may not meet one's discerning palate. We afford a right of withdrawal within a span of 7 business days post-receipt of the merchandise, sans the obligation to furnish grounds or incur penalties; the onus of return costs shall be borne by the customer. To exercise this right of withdrawal, the wine must have been suitably stored at temperatures not exceeding 15°C, with bottles returned in an unblemished condition (unadulterated label and intact capsule).
Rare Wines
Certain rare wines are available in extremely limited quantities. The majority of the vintners with whom we collaborate maintain a confidential production. We reserve the prerogative to impose limitations on the acquisition of select wines.
Data Protection and Privacy
- Our website remains accessible without necessitating users to furnish personally identifiable information. However, such personal data becomes requisite when availing our services (Newsletter, orders). These details are employed exclusively to provide the desired service.
- They are neither sold, leased, nor exchanged. Their transmission to third parties solely pertains to the proper execution of orders or payments.
- It is conceivable that our website may employ cookies, although such cookies may be disabled.
- We reserve the right to employ information pertaining to purchasing behavior in an anonymized form for statistical purposes.
