Born in Quebec and Burgundian by adoption, Patrick Piuze has become a reference in his category, an outstanding wine merchant and winemaker, and his Chablis are unanimously acclaimed. Patrick trained himself late in life, self-taught, during his various experiences in South Africa, Australia and Burgundy in the early 2000s. He will never leave!
