Welcome to the CAPITAL! And no, we are not in Paris but in Chavignol, the capital of the Sancerre appellation, where François Cotat has been taming Sauvignon Blanc with a master's hand since 1979. The expression of the most beautiful terroirs of Sancerre leads us to believe that this winegrower really has his 4 hectare vineyard in his veins.
