Words from the digger

Cannonball from Chavignol!

It's a unanimous favorite that enriches the Diggers' collection—Sauvignon and Pinot Noir spread across the 13 hectares of the estate are touched by the grace of exceptional artisanal craftsmanship.

For over 40 years, the Boulay family has discreetly placed their wines among the finest in the region. The family spirit is now represented by a collaborative effort between father and son. It's a generational effect that results from a natural generosity that shines through in all of the Boulay wines!

Exploring the famous terroirs like Clos de Beaujeu, Monts Damnés, or the hillside is a guarantee of truly beautiful emotions, especially after a few years of patience! Of course, the village cuvée in white and the delicate Sancerre reds are highly recommended for immediate pleasure on all occasions.

We love the complexity and textures of the juices; the style is refined and far from the classic Sancerre. Goosebumps guaranteed, as affirmed by a digger!
